Job Purpose
As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary goal will be to contribute to the company’s overall growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be supported by the Head of Corporate, who will provide guidance and insights to help you excel in this role.
This will be a key role within the Dubai sales team and you will be proactive and motivated to further develop your career. This is a management pathway role which will lead to managing your own team should you be successful.
Duties/Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Hunt for new enterprise business opportunities and actively pursue leads through proactive sales and networking.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to C-level executives across various sectors via phone, building relationships and understanding their business challenges to effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs.
- Solution Presentation: Collaborate with the team to develop and present tailored FX solutions to clients.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and social skills in face-to-face interactions, over the phone, and via email. Be comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting enterprise clients to ensure you provide up-to-date and relevant information.
Person Specification, Qualification & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a B2B commercial role with a proven track record in sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Sales Drive: Demonstrated desire to advance into a professional sales role and achieve high performance.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with clients.
- Language: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
