Grant Henderson

Grant has been a driving force behind our Middle East operation since joining GC Partners in 2011. He has dedicated his efforts to expanding our Dubai office and fostering a network of partners across the region.

Grant’s extensive experience in the foreign exchange and payments industry spans over 20 years. His career in FX commenced at HiFX, where he gained invaluable experience in various client-facing roles, ranging from client services to partnerships to FX dealing. Prior to moving to Dubai in 2010, Grant served as the Head of Client Services at FRFX.

Nick Iggulden

Nick joined GC Partners in 2023 and is responsible for driving our financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and optimal profitability.

A chartered accountant by trade, he is a firm believer in data-driven strategy. Since joining us, Nick has successfully led initiatives to enhance cash flow management, regulatory compliance and investment strategy to ensure that GC Partners remains lean, agile and competitive across the board.

Rachel Ilieva is the Global Head of Compliance at GC Partners. With a career spanning regulatory compliance, financial crime prevention, and fintech advisory, she has held key roles at firms like Citibank and fscom, where she specialised in Anti-Money Laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and business transformation.

Rachel’s expertise in strategic compliance planning and data-driven decision making has earned her industry recognition, including a nomination for the Compliance Register Platinum Awards’ “Compliance Rising Star” category in 2024. Passionate about innovation, she drives compliance strategies form the backbone of GC Partners’ growth.
