Job Purpose
We are looking for dedicated and driven professionals with an interest in the financial markets and who want to develop their careers in sales in a fast-growing, meritocratic and highly rewarding industry.
You will be a key player within our Dubai office with the remit of making meaningful contributions through prospecting new business clients and generating revenue. Working alongside senior sales professionals, you will be supported through training and development, closing of accounts and overall mentorship.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Achieving key performance indicators: Drive to achieve monthly targets by identifying and qualifying prospects
- Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential clients. Build and maintain a robust database of leads by leveraging various channels and techniques.
- Client Engagement: Use the phone to utilize your communication skills to connect with C-level executives and business owners across diverse sectors. Present and articulate the value of our FX solutions effectively.
- Client Needs Analysis: Gain a thorough understanding of client’s businesses and their key challenges. Educate and guide them on how our solutions can address their specific needs and drive their success.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and present tailored FX solutions. Learn and grow in your ability to craft and refine these solutions to meet client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Heads of Desk and other team members to ensure alignment on client needs and deliverables. Contribute to a supportive and high-performance team environment.
Person Specification, Qualification & Experience:
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Skilled at establishing rapport and engaging with stakeholders.
- Ambition & Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to take ownership of your career development and achieve outstanding results.
- Experience: Proven experience in a B2B or client-facing environment. Previous exposure to the financial markets, Tech or FX solutions is advantageous. Cold calling and business development experience is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible mindset. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
- Interest in Financial Markets: Genuine interest in financial markets and a passion for learning about FX solutions and their impact on businesses.
